Over the course of this 12-week programme, I will teach you how to generate mindfulness. With practice, you'll be able to reach a state of mindfulness in a few short minutes. Once you've learned how to enter a mindful state, I'll teach you how to apply mindfulness to your working day. Finally, I'll help you discover a new appreciation for a very important person in your life - YOU!
