You may be wondering how I arrived at the creation of Business Brilliance™.
Like a lot of people, I have had an unhealthy, ambivalent relationship with both wealth and health. On the one hand, I wanted wealth and health, but on the other hand, I wasn't always prepared to do what was required to be healthy and wealthy. And when I did, one area sabotaged the other.
How? Well, I'd either engage in unhealthy habits in the name of work, like excessive drinking or workaholism, and then I'd find myself burnt out and unable to work. Or, my body would decide to get sick with a rotten cold or warning signs of a serious health concern just as I was on the verge of creating a viable way of attracting wealth.
The pendulum swung from one side to the other without a moment's rest in the middle.
And while I helped many people create both health and wealth for their lives, I couldn't do it for myself. I'd give away coaching for free or at a greatly reduced price and watch people flourish before my eyes.
I mean, I love watching people grow. That's what I love most about this job. But, isn't a coach supposed to walk her talk?!
And isn't manifested abundance supposed to be available to everyone, including me? I may be chocking up a lot of brownie points in the eyes of God, but how does that help me live in this world, right here, right now?
What was at the source of this paradox? I realised that I had a deep-seated belief that I had to choose between health and wealth. In my mind, the two could not co-exist in my life. Crazy, I know, but that's how it was for me.
When I discovered this, I chose to let that destructive, imprisoning belief go.
I then began asking myself, "What if wealth and health can work together? What would it be like to create wealth with a healthy mindset? What would it be like to help people create business environments that inspire healthy ways of building wealth?"
From those questions, Business Brilliance was born.
Now, I am committed to helping people develop habits that create healthy wealth. What's the point in having wealth if you can't enjoy it? Conversely, what benefit is there to being financially poor and physically healthy? Who says you can't have both?
The truth is, you don't have to trade one for the other. You can have health and wealth. In fact, you can create a life in which health breeds wealth and wealth breeds health in a virtuous circle. Where does abundance like this begin?
In the mind.
